Chef Tim Fitzgerald, AS, CEC, is an award-winning chef with over 40 years of Executive Chef experience in hotels and private clubs. Notably, he was the Executive Chef of Southern Hills Country Club, a Platinum Club of the World designated club, and the Summit Club, a Platinum Club of America. Chef Fitzgerald is a CIA graduate, a Michigan State graduate with a degree in Business Administration, a Certified Executive Chef, and a Certified Advance Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers. He has also been a Dining Room and Chef Instructor for the Culinary Institute at Platt College and has his own catering business.
