As sent to the CMAA Summit Coordinator: Laura explained the science behind everything I have been communicating to our team regarding our communications since I started at my club nine months ago. I felt as I was listening to her like I had the tools I needed to come back and provide evidence as to why we do things the way we do, and what needed to change moving forward. I would tell my team “people are lazy”, but “the brain is lazy” is a much better sell. She was incredible, and I would make it a point to fly out to see her speak again.
