Chef Brian Pancir is an award-winning chef and consultant with over 25 years of Executive Chef experience in hotels, stadiums, restaurants, and private clubs. Notably, he trained across Europe and South America, working with Michelin Chefs. He was “the” New York Yankee chef cooking for the players of both clubhouses and Yankee executives for five years. Earlier in his career, he was the Executive Sous Chef for Two Star Michelin restaurant Jean George. He also was Director and Chairman at Star Culinary Institute. Recently, he was consulting for Central, located in Lima, Peru, the #4 ranked restaurant in the world, and has had Interim Executive Chef assignments at Montauk Yacht Club and The University Club in Providence. He is a Le Cordon Bleu Paris graduate and a St. Johns college graduate.
