Nevena is an experienced Human Resources professional in various industries including niche retail markets, private clubs, and the staffing & consulting industry.
After earning her undergraduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University, her interests in organizational culture, employee relations, and other topics led her to pursue this field at the graduate level earning her Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology as well as SHRM-CP certification.
Nevena is experienced in building the Human Resource function from the ground up, guiding clients through software migrations/integrations, project management, executive search, and organizational compliance. In addition, Nevena serves as the subject matter expert in survey development & analysis, as well as diversity, equity, & inclusion initiatives.
