Rob brings a unique perspective to Club Management and Club Culture. He is a third-generation Club Manager who grew up on the grounds of Wilmington Country Club. While his father managed the Club, Rob was able to enjoy and experience the property as a member and later as an employee working in all facets of the club’s operations.
He is a Certified Club Manager (CCM) and a Community Association Manager (CAM) with over 34 years of experience at some of the finest clubs in America which include: Baltimore Country Club, Kiawah Island Club, Rehoboth Beach Country Club, The Apawamis Club, and The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach.
He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of club operations and is enthusiastic about building outstanding Employee Club Cultures. One of the cornerstones of Rob’s success over the years has been developing strong strategic plans and utilizing mission, vision and objectives as guiding principles for the club’s success. Rob understands that for the long-term success of a club there must be a cohesive plan to guide the staff and future Boards.
Rob is an outstanding communicator and has a unique ability to truly listen and develop programs and plans to enhance programming, policies, facilities and culture not only the members, but also the employees.
